Shipping holds a standard time frame of 3-7 Business Days. Unless specified through our social media account. Once shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email of tracking. The standard shipping is USPS.
Refund policy
With all our pieces being custom made, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final. Please contact our email at louisespeaces@gmail.com if you have an issue.
Lost / Returned packages
We are not responsible for tracking down your package once we upload your tracking number. if the address given when placing the order is invalid, it will be returned to us. The buyer will be issued a new bill for cost to reship the package to the correct address. If it is lost, please contact your local USPS to follow up.
